Privacy Policy

Effective: May 17, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how The Upward Momentum Blueprint ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use our website and services.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information. Name, email address, and password (hashed) when you create an account.
  • Program data. Audit answers, workbook entries, checklist progress, signed commitments, and community posts you submit.
  • Payment information. Processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We receive limited information such as the last four digits of your card, customer ID, and session ID — we do not store full card numbers.
  • Communications. Messages you send our AI coach or to support, and email drip subscription status.
  • Technical data. IP address, device, browser, session timestamps, and basic analytics events.

2. How we use information

  • To deliver the program and operate your account;
  • To process payments and prevent fraud;
  • To personalize your experience (e.g. audit-based recommendations);
  • To send transactional and educational emails you've opted into;
  • To improve, secure, and support the Services;
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. AI processing

When you use AI coaching features, your prompts and relevant context are sent to third-party AI providers (currently Google and OpenAI via an AI gateway) to generate responses. Do not share information you do not want processed in this way.

4. Sharing

We share personal information only with:

  • Service providers who help us operate (hosting, database, email, payments, analytics, AI) under contract;
  • Legal authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property;
  • Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We may use limited analytics cookies to understand product usage. See our Cookie Policy for details and how to manage them.

6. Data retention

We keep your account and program data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. You may request deletion at any time (see "Your rights"). We may retain limited records to comply with legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations.

7. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, row-level security on the database, and least-privilege server-side access. No system is perfectly secure.

8. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. We rely on appropriate safeguards where required by law.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict our use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent or object to processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@upwardmomentumblueprint.com.

10. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Effective" date above and, for material changes, notify you through the Services or by email.

12. Contact
